SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

 

Shipping in the UK 🇬🇧:

 

Express delivery (1-2 working days) *Selected items: We will fulfil all UK orders by 6pm the same working day, these will be shipped and delivered the next day. We ship on Saturdays (delivered on Sunday), but we do not fulfil orders on a Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday and delivered Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday must be received before 1pm to be delivered on Sunday.

Standard delivery (2-21 working days): We will Process all UK orders by 6pm the same working day, these will be shipped and delivered two days after we fulfil your order. We ship on Saturdays (delivered on Monday), but we do not Process orders on a Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered 2 – 21 working days after. We have warehouses in US, Asia, mainland Europe and the uk. We strive to send items to you from your nearest location, it may be necessary to send item from one of our other location
 

Shipping internationally:

 

Standard delivery (15-31 working days): We will fulfil all US orders within 24 hours of us receiving your order. We have limited stock in our US warehouses, which means your order will most likely be shipped from our UK warehouse. Please be aware of possible shipping taxes.
 
 

Shipping Taxes:

Some countries where duty taxes or import charges apply you the customer are liable to pay these extra fees. We advice you check your countries policy to make sure you know the extra fees that may apply. We ship from the UK to you!

 

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS:

Custom orders are handcrafted. These take around 4-6 weeks to complete. On rare occasions we are able to complete your custom piece in a shorter or longer time period. Whilst we aim to complete your custom piece in 4-6 weeks this is not always possible as there are a lot of variables that determine the production time of your custom piece.

What happens if your order hasn’t arrived?

If you live in the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 3 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us here.

If you live outside the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us here.

We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you’re not sure please contact us here.

If the goods are lost by our courier you will need to open a claim against them, if you need any help simply contact us here.
