At Clarity & Brilliance, there is a passion for creating beautiful and eye catching pieces. Your design will be created firstly on computer in C.A.D. your design is then printed as a 3d model. If necessary some parts maybe printed individually or even made by hand.

To ensure your piece/pieces are made from the highest quality materials, Your items will be cast in-house, using the finest casting grain. For this reason, trade ins will be accepted but please note we will not be using your old gold for your new piece/s.

The clean up, the polish, the stone setting and finish are all completed in-house.

Items usually take 2-4 weeks but delays can occur. To keep you in the loop, All clients have access to our backend project management system. You can message directly to the person thats working on your piece and get regular updates directly through the project management portal.

We take a 50% deposit before we start any work. Deposits are refundable, only up until the start of production.

Upon completion, the final 50% payment is required to have your order sent out.
